If you received your prescription from one of our providers, please call your pharmacy to request a renewal of your prescription. This is the most efficient way to get your prescription refilled. Your pharmacy will contact us to renew your prescription.
Please remember to request all medication refills at least 3 business days before your prescription runs out. Because we need to review your chart before renewing your prescription, we need adequate time to receive approval for mediation renewals. Please do not wait until your prescription runs out as it may cause a break in your medication therapy.
We may request you to come in and see your provider. If your prescription can not be renewed without first seeing your provider, we will contact you directly to let you know and schedule your appointment.
If you have questions regarding medication instructions, please call our office at (309) 672-4980 to reach a medical assistant.
